Kitchen Counter Trends

The biggest trend in counter tops is the quartz countertop, like Caesarstone.  The second is Granite, and Solid Surface, like Corian, is third.  Another trend is "Cost Savings".  Almost every consultation involves a conversation about cost savings.  I have designed many projects using tile counters.  (This particular picture shown is an 18x18 porcealain floor tile used for the counter top, the second picture is 12x12 tile.)  The projects turned out beautifully, like these two.  It really is a good cost savings to use tile.  If the tile is sealed with a really good sealer from the start, and the grout joints are small, the maintenace is really easy.
